Alfredo Sauce






1/2 cup butter
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2- 1 cup milk as needed for consistency desired


Add butter, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and a drip of the milk to a sauce pan. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring often with a whisk until all is melted and combined.

Add milk, as you whisk and continue to heat on low until consistency desired is reached.
I always like to crack some pepper into this as well.

That's it. Homemade Alfredo Sauce. So delicious, So easy, So yum.

It freezes really well too.
