Dressing:
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh cracked pepper - give it a few twists!
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayo
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix the dressing up good in a small bowl. Let sit while you process your cabbage and carrots.
1 head of cabbage
2-4 carrots
Wash and process in food processor. Throw in large bowl!
This will make a lot. And while I often think I need to double the dressing for the amount of cabbage I have. Don't do it. It just makes too much juice and is really not necessary. (unless you are truly doubling the recipe and using 2 full heads of cabbage)
We love to serve this on top of our pulled pork sandwiches! Yum.
